A non-refundable £150 deposit is required to confirm your order; the balance will be payable upon the hats completion and prior to shipping. Payments can be made either via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

Estimated delivery time from confirmation of your order is 4 weeks however I will endeavour to accommodate your wishes if an earlier delivery date is required.

 

To ensure that returns are avoided and reduce the risk of problems I will always have a detailed conversation with you to discuss every aspect of your hat before your order is confirmed. However if you are unhappy, for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact me and I will do everything I can to help you.

Returns and Cancellations

You can request a cancellation of your order within 48 hours of its placing.

 

You can return your hat, as long as it has not been worn and the hat is in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt. This return policy does not apply to reduced price sale items and offers. If all is in order you will be refunded within 7 working days.

 

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any incurred tax & import charges.

 

Please ensure you send the parcel using a secure and traceable method such as Royal Mail Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt.

Previously paid shipping, taxes and import charges are not refundable.

Gift Vouchers

​

Voucher code can be exchanged for one Bespoke hat and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Includes free UK shipping of finished hat, international shipping must be paid for once the hat has been made.
